If we have trouble processing your donation, we'll use this information to contact you. We will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by WERC, both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the WERC website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium; however, our moderation capabilities are not. We may not see every inappropriate comment right away, and we are trusting in the maturity of our community to ignore personal attacks and negative speech or respond politely. Repeated violations of this policy may cause the author to be blocked from WERC’s social media profiles.
Anyone who posts on our social media sites understands that to the fullest extent permitted by law, WERC will not be liable to anyone for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages due to content. In addition, users agree to indemnify WERC from and against all third party claims to the extent that such conduct has resulted from or is alleged to be resulted from the conduct of the user.
